Quality Control Procedure

Wheat comes with different parameters sourcing from different states and different soils. Through process control we maintain the wheat blending according to the quality of finished products required by the customer. We change the blending from time to time as per natural seasons and required parameters by customers. Diamond Flour Mill has an in-house Lab headed by an experienced Chemist who carries this test and assist the Miller to ensure quality of products.

History

Diamond Roller Flour Mill is the only flour mill in India with all its machinery imported from Buhler AG Switzerland. Wincos Process Control system from Buhler AG, is the latest innovation in plant automation. This sytem has been tailored for the plant and this ensures efficient, transparent and reproducible production at all times meeting the specific requirements of customers.

Our main aim is to serve our domestic and international customers by supplying their desired wheat flour consistently. Stability of our flour quality is provided by plant automation and continuous quality control by our experienced staff.

Diamond Roller flour mill produce world class flours such as maida, atta, sooji, bran and follow strict quality parameters to ensure complete hygiene and safety.
